IT Help Desk for Parents
If your student gets locked out of their Google email account, please click on the link below to request that IT reset their password:
If you are new to the system, select "New Parents and Students - Please Create Service Desk Account".
If you already have an account, simply log in.
Select "Password Reset / Account Locked" and complete the ticket with the following:
- Summary: "Locked out of Google"
- Username: List student login (ResponsiveEd student email)
- Phone Number: Your phone number
- Priority: High
- Description: A short explanation of the issue
